Life Legacy
Lettie Wade, 93, of Middlebourne passed away July 20, 2010 at her residence. She was born February 4, 1917 at Rocky Run, Wetzel County, a daughter of the late Earnest and Grace Utt Oliver.
She was a loving mother of seven children. She loved flowers and gardening and doing word puzzles. She loved being a member of the Church of Christ in Middlebourne.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Norman Wade, a son Larry, three brothers Dale, Gerald, Gayle Oliver and a sister Betty Winland.
Lettie is survived by four sons Lloyd ( Nancy ) Wade, Roger Wade, Wayne Wade, Ralph ( Donna ) Wade, two daughters Loretta ( Jerry ) Fulks and Judy ( Charles ) Williams. Ten grandchildren, fourteen great granchildren and a great great grandson.
Friends will be received at Furbee Funeral Home, Middlebourne 2 -4 pm and 7 - 9 pm Friday where services will be held Saturday 1:00 pm. Interment in Alf Smith Cemetery, Middlebourne.
