Life Legacy
Ellen Porter, 71, of Middlebourne departed this life Tuesday July 20, 2010 in Sistersville General Hospital. She was born in Tyler County January 19, 1939 a daughter of the late James and Flodie Neff Yost.
Ellen was a homemaker and a protestant.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Porter. Five brothers; Jerry, Ed, James Dallas, Frank and George Yost. Two sisters; Anna Lou and Cladey Bell Yost.
Ellen is survived by a son Paul Yost of Middlebourne.. A brother Pete Yost of New Martinsville. Two sisters Lucille Gulley, New Martinsville and Exelee Minks, Middlebourne.
Friends will be received at Furbee Funeral Home, Middlebourne 11:00 - 1:00 pm Thursday the time of the service. Interment in Mercer Cemetery, 10 Mile, New Martinsville.
